CloudBox 3.0

As a gateway, the CloudBox 3.0 establishes the connection between the Internet and the wireless sensors and actuators in the home. The CloudBox 3.0 has two connections for this purpose. The network connection of the CloudBox is connected to a free port of the router via a network cable. The USB connection is used to supply power to the CloudBox via the USB power supply unit. As an alternative to connecting the CloudBox directly to the router, the CloudBox can also be operated via a WLAN repeater with an Ethernet port. When you buy a CloudBox, you receive free access to the everHome service with the customer account for the duration of the CloudBox's usage period. It is not necessary for a PC, iPhone, iPad, smartphone or tablet to be in the home network. With the customer account, several CloudBoxes can also be used to increase the wireless range in larger buildings or to control a second home. For this purpose, one of the CloudBoxes is assigned to each sensor / actuator in the portal.
