Benachrichtigung funktioniert nicht immer

Hallo!
Ich habe Geofence im Portal für mein Handy aktiviert. Leider funktioniert die Benachrichtigung, dass ich z.B. gerade zu Hause bin nur sporadisch, obwohl ich an den Einstellungen nichts verändert habe.
Hat jemand von euch auch das Problem, bzw. weiß jemand, wie man es lösen kann?
