Keine Verbindung zur Alexa und Google

Zurzeit hat bei mir die Cloud Box keine Verbindung zur Alexa sowie Google. Dadurch lassen sich die Rollläden nicht steuern.
Hat sonst noch jemand das Problem. Gruß Ewald
